Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective plastic on racket handles, back into the original shipping box or a similar secure package.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
